Ami Drach & Dov Ganchrow

In 1996, designers Ami Drach and Dov Ganchrow joined forces beginning their Design studio partnership in Tel-Aviv. The studio's working format allows for a wide range of projects in different fields of design and seamlessly incorporates studies/experiments and personal design undertakings. Projects range from medical product design to Museum exhibitions, furniture and lighting. The vast array of design projects allows for stimulating interactions with professionals from other disciplines; engineers, curators, craftsmen, artists, interactive designers etc. The exposure to new technologies, materials, ideas, context and attitudes set the stage for the transferral, synthesis and birth of fresh designs.

Ami Drach (born 1963, Israel) and Dov Ganchrow (born 1970, USA) are both graduates (1991 and 1992, respectively) of the Industrial Design Department at the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design where today they are both lecturers.  Ami Drach served as the Head of Bezalel's Industrial Design Department 2004-2008
