Born(1982) in Petach-Tikva, Israel.

2003  Studied Mechanical engineer for the IDF technological unit.

2009 - Graduated with a  B.DES in industrial design from Bezalel, Academy of Arts and Design, Jerusalem 2009. Gil won numeral awards and exhibited in  Milano Salone satellite.

2010 - and Zman 02 - Jerusalem design week.

In 2009, Gil Sheffi, Ran Amitai and Gilli Kuchik founded Bakery Studio
